From Denny: Already the government and Big Business have joined hands to declare the seafood is safe to eat from the Gulf of Mexico's waters - without testing. Still no word from the White House about when BP will fund the claims fund for the billions of dollars of claims from thousands of people and businesses all across the Gulf coast that were thrown out of work when the oil spill happened.
About 300,000 people were immediately affected by this oil spill and a seafood and tourism industry impacted during the height of the summer season. Already the home foreclosures have shot up in this region for the last quarter with no end in sight. Bankruptcies are next for these businesses without BP paying their fair share of restitution.
